우리모두 '경제 청신호' 의 전도사가 되어야 한다!!

더블딥 과연 오는가?
지난 2007 경제의 냉기를 조성했던 원인을 나름대로 보면 메스컴의 조심스럽지 못한 발설로 경기의 흐름을 막지 않았나 생각한다.
요즘도 마찬가지라 생각한다. 부동산 매매를 하면서 지난 8월초 까지는 속 "케시 바이어" 들의 긍정적인 투자 활동을 볼수 있었다. 하지만 더블딥 기사가 온후부터는 당연히 조심스레 움직이는 바이어들을 느낄수 있다.
지난주 신문에서 버냉키 의장의 '더블딥이 없을것이다!' 라는 기사 내용은 상당히 긍정적인 내용이었다. 미국의 경제를 사실상 짊어 지고 가는 총책임자의 말이었기에 더욱 믿음이 가는 말이었다.

항상 부동산 현장이서 뛰는 나의 생각을 적어 본다.
계란이 먼저냐?.. 닭이 먼저냐?.. 우리는 밤새 싸울수 있다.
메스컴의 섣부른 기사 때문에 경제가 않좋아 지는냐?.. 아니면 경제가 실제로 않좋아져서 기사화 된것이냐?..
현실은 이렇다!
지금까지 경기부양책에 많은 힘을 실어준 동기는 1) 정부의 세금 및 융자 혜택 2)실수요자의 구매력 증진 3) 투자자들의 구매력 증진 이었다.
다시 말하자면 경기 부양책에 힘입어 많은 실수요자들이 구매에 나섰고 안정되가는 시장을 보고 투자자들의 엄청난 액수의 현찰 구매가 있었던 것이다. 경제의 안정은 부동산 시장이 얼마나 안정적이냐는 도표에 직접적 영향이 있음을 현장에서 체험한다. 지난 2년 동안의 완전 침체에서 다시 살아나는 최근 경제를 보면서 나는 생각 했었다. '누군가 찬물만 끼언치지 않으면 앞으로 경제는 계속 나아질텐데..' 참 긍정적인 현실이었다. 경제의 흐름은 경제를 살아가는 우리모두가 만드는 것이다. 우리모두가 비관적이서 가지고 있는 것을 주머니에 넣고 있으면, 경제는 얼어 버리것이고, 투자자들의 심리는 위축될어 그들의 주머니는 더욱 굳게 닫히고 말것이다.

현찰 동원력을 가진 부자! 상상을 초월하는 액수의 현찰을 보유하고 있는 부자들! 정말많다!
이들은 투자가 확실한곳을 열심히 찿고 있다.
더블딥 의 이야기를 하면 할수록, 분위기는 더욱 위축 될수밖에 없고, 경기를 살릴수 있는 현찰은 부자의 금고 속에서 썩고 있어야 할것이다.

결론은 더이상 우리가 우리의 무덤을 파지않아야 한다는 것이다. 신문에 '더블딥이 없을것이다!' 라는 버냉키의 발표를 더욱 신뢰 하고 주변에게 이야기 해주며 서로에게 힘이되어주면 현실은 '경제 청신호' 로 계속 질주 할수있을 것이다.

현실을 살아가는 우리 모두의 긍정적 여론은 '더블딥은 없다!' 를 계속 이어갈수 있다.
우리모두 '경제 청신호' 의 전도사가 되어야 한다!!
